It has been a superb year in Europe for
Coolmore shuttler
Oratorio with a double at Milan on Sunday coming three days after the Aga Khan's colt Takar ran away with the Listed Glencairn Stakes at Leopardstown.
On Sunday his filly Faciascura (
Oratorio x Sunsemperchi, by Montjeu) made her black type debut with a win in the G3 Premio Mario Incisa Della Rocchetta.
Bred by Azienda Agricola Francesca, it was her fourth win after a maiden and two conditions' race victories.
On the same card., Wedding Fair (
Oratorio x Theatrical Act, by Theatrical) won the Listed Premio Paolo Mezzanotte.
Previously Silent Killer (
Oratorio x Pinky Mouse, by Machiavellian) was an impressive Listed winner in Milan and Cherry Collect (
Oratorio xHoly Moon, by Hernando) confirmed she is one of Europe's best three-year-old fillies when she completed the rare classic double in Italy's 1000 Guineas and Oaks.
Takar (
Oratorio x Takarouna, by Green Dancer), trained by John Oxx, had previously won a maiden by eight lengths as a juvenile and scoring impressively in a Listed event on his seasonal comeback this year before he failed in the Irish 2000 Guineas.

Henrythenavigator when he bolted in at Leopardstown on June 21.
Henrythenavigator has made a bright start to his stud career having retired to
Coolmore with impeccable credentials.
A winner of the G2 Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot as a two year old, in track record time, he returned at three to become a champion miler winning four consecutive G1 wins including another record effort in the G1 St James's Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot.
His leading performers to date include the G2 Coventry Stakes placegetter Cristoforo Colombo, as well as the stakes performer Infanta Branca.
Henrythenavigator's first Australian yearlings commanded big prices in sales rings across Australasia in 2012, with the top price being a $350,000 colt at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale.
Henrythenavigator will stand the 2012 southern hemisphere season at
Coolmore Australia at a fee of $22,000.
