Sunday, 8 July 2012: James McDonald has been cleared to ride at Sunday's Sha Tin meeting after providing a clear urine sample
The star New Zealand rider tested positive to diuretics hydrochlorothiazide and chlorothiazide in a sample taken last Sunday at Sha Tin.
His latest negative sample means he can resume riding trackwork and fulfil his engagements in Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong Jockey Club's doctors have also passed McDonald fit after he was stood down from Happy Valley on Wednesday due to a virus.
He will still have to front a stewards' inquiry into the positive test.
