Noble Mission took ouot the G3 Gordon Stakes over the 2400m with the Godolphin runner Encke second and John Gosden's Michelangelo third. German raider Girolamo was fourth in the field of 7.
Chachamaidee went off 5/4 favourite to win the Lennox Stakes G2 by 1 1/2 lengths to Libranno with Mac Love 40/1 third. Foxtrot Romeo was too one paced to make an impact on the finish.
Bungle Inthejungle at 14/1 won the Molecomb Stakes G3 for Mick Channon defeating the 2/1 favourite Morawij by a head with Hototo third a further 3 3/4 lengths back.
