Fort Larned win the Whitney

Monday, 6 August 2012: Ron the Greek was unlucky as his stablemate Flat Out pushed him very wide on the turn allowing Fort Larned to sneak through and grab the race.

Flat Out earned the third prize money and Hymn Book the fourth.

The Prioress went to Emma's Encore in a tight finish with Judy the Beauty. Agave Kid was third.

At Del Mar Include Me Out was too good in the Clement L Hirsch G1, with Star Billing second and former Chilean runner Amani third on her first start in the US.
