Duelled and Shamekha, a couple of handy ones from last year.

Are they on the comeback trail ?.

I know that after Shamekha ran 3rd in the Stradbroke, she was more than likely going to be retired to stud. they were looking to send her overseas to be mated with a top american stallion. It may have been Storm Cat or something. That is the last I heard of Shamekha, so I doubt if you'll hear of her again.

As for Duelled, Jim cassidy has picked up the autumn mount on this fellow. he is due to return next week in the Hobartville, for a Derby prep. cassidy has come back extremely well, is keen for Group One success, so should be there abouts in the classics. Duelled and Headturner look the two most likely for the Derby at this stage.
