Message: Please, does anyone have the email address for Tabcorp betting complaints?
I've just about had enough.
Went on this morning at 7.40am EST. Logged in ok, was permitted to bet. Had three trifectas, thought I'd check if the system was actually working. Submitted ok, came back ok. I confirmed bets, came back, all three bets not accepted. Clicked to check why....a blank window.
Ok, TAB officially does not open until 8.30am, try later.
Gave it 20 minutes, this time tested out on one bet. Good as gold, accepted.
Then did another dozen flexi trifectas, clicked 'submit batch', up comes another blank screen, waited five minutes....absolutely nothing.
Ok, I'm betting early, so why accept one bet, the rest vanish down a big black hole.
Do not have a clue what happened.
Under the old Tabcorp site, for the past five years, I have been able to bet before 8am EST, never a problem. Every day of the week.
This will be the third day this week, I have had to go to work without putting on a cent.
Not that Tabcorp will care, whether I have a bet or not. My $200+ invested over the three non bet days, is probably irrelevant in the big scheme.
Probably saving money by commencing staff later.
However, I would like to find out why I am not advised that they are not open for bets, why one bet is accepted and another is not, why the blank screens.
Anyone have a complaints email address please. Plenty of easy to find contact points for shareholders. Cleary rate a lot higher than punters.
I doubt that you are actually asking us for the complaints email address Mr alcatraz. I think you are just getting on here and venting your spleen. Anyway, the customer service email address is quite easy to find on the website you are talking about, as is the phone number. Blowing off here won't get you any answers but hey, you probably knew that anyway didn't you?
