Exactly the point I have been trying to make in my Flexi-Betting thread, albeit, probably the wrong place, as Flexi-Betting probably provides more of an opportunity for the small punters and pensioners, even though the dividends are definitely reduced.
Win / Place betting has been smashed by corporate investment, which should not be allowed, as their market is in direct opposition to the TAB.
If you follow the morning lines, you are better off betting early morning or even Friday.
Case in point Sat 13/7
Testacana $2.00 - $2.05 in the morning. $1.50-$1.60 race time.
Definitely going to get to the lead, control the race, fit and in form, won at the distance, but not a $1.50 - $1.60 chance
