GROUPIES – Results Round 8 – Rosehill Guineas

Congratulations to those (all nine of you) who tipped Laser Hawk – well done!

The results this week rearranged the leaderboards again, with gartman stealing the lead on the Autumn board and tiggerish reclaiming top spot on the 2011/12 board. What a difference a winning tip makes!

I notice in order the most popular selections were

Laser Hawk (12), Silent Achiever (9), Ambidexter (6) and Ocean Park & Sabrage with 3 each.

The f.f (L.H, O.P, S.A & Dex paid $2400 odd in NSW

Nice find hitensile. That kind of information is just what makes a forum tick.
Hopefully a few of us will realise the pool of talent that resides here and stop the beatups on certain timewasters and concentrate on further improving the predictive value of this thread.

Where are those figures from Hitensile? Gave me a start as from my records the Rosehill Guineas selections in the Groupies are as follows:

Laser Hawk (9 tips)
Ocean Park (4 tips)
Silent Achiever (10 tips)
Ambidexter (5 tips)

Total tips = 40

In the paat when Tontonan ran the comp he collated a top tip and assessed it against the groupies scores - with quite interesting results.
