NASD raced like an extremely sour horse on Saturday.
However, I think he has a lot of natural ability. I also think that a good spell now will be very beneficial for him as a 3YO. The Futurity (at least) springs to mind...
However he is owned by a major stud (Arrowfield) so results are important.....
There is not a single doubt that they will press on to the Slipper - to the ultimate detriment of the horse.
I backed Polar Success in the Slipper last year. So I am not bagging Roggie. But at this stage of the game she was flying. NASD is not.
Message: His run wasnt fantastic the other day but it wasnt shocking, was still incontention for a place til the finish. Always forgive a horse for one bad run.
