Hey all

I've heard that NASD is working in blinkers , can anyone shed some light on this ? As to how he went?

I know that after Saturday's effect he would have to improve a hell of a lot to win or even place in the slipper .

Really I can't understand his last performance ( the stable has such a huge opinion of him )

This horse should of beaten Dance Hero in the MM , so running out a strong 1200m isn't the problem . He just didn't seem interested on saturday .

So what's up ?

I don't know but i hope the blinkers give him 6 lengths. I have him in doubles and outright for a bit of cash.

It wasn't the real NASD last start but i won't be outlaying any more cash on him in hope he turns up. I am saving on Dance Hero.

Would be good if anyone can shed some light on his situation though.

Why should have NASD beaten Dance Hero in the MM?

Dance Hero ran a track record from the front!

NASD raced like an extremely sour horse on Saturday.

However, I think he has a lot of natural ability. I also think that a good spell now will be very beneficial for him as a 3YO. The Futurity (at least) springs to mind...

However he is owned by a major stud (Arrowfield) so results are important.....

There is not a single doubt that they will press on to the Slipper - to the ultimate detriment of the horse.

I backed Polar Success in the Slipper last year. So I am not bagging Roggie. But at this stage of the game she was flying. NASD is not.

As far as the Golden Slipper is concerned -

NASD = GONE.

Cheers...McGarret

Shame on you Oli.
I've told you a number of times that this thing cannot win the slipper.
I can't believe you've backed him at all.

NASD is his father's son.

This horse is destined to be a stallion and will throw in an untidy run or two. Or three or four :)

Saturday's performance was disappointing.

Let him be until Spring as he has the potential to be anything....but it is all up to him.

:)

You can always forgive a good horse one bad run. I'd expect him to bounce back this time around.
