Manu seemed to have a bit of trouble understanding how I could be a winner after giving 4 Lays for the Top 8 a couple of months ago.

The inbox exchange does not seem to be working or teaching Manu what he needs to know, so lets proceed with another lesson and the whole class get to benefit.

I Layed Coll, Carl, Melb, Rich.

Should Melb and Rich happen to miss the 8 I win. If Carl also miss, I win more. It is almost irrelevant what happens to Collingwood.

Of course I got far better propositions than this, but on todays market this is how it worked.

I layed Coll $50 to lose $10.50, Carl $50 to lose $45, Melb $50 to lose $300 and Rich $50 to lose $49,950. I stress these are todays offerings and I got far, far, far better deals than that. I also stand to win more than $50 on each bet, and I would win the same on each bet if all missed the 8. I won't disclose my outlays and prices, this is a guide only. Suffice to say I am set to win a fortune.

As you can, I have set myself up nicely, if Melb and Rich miss the 8. Even more if Carl do too.

So Manu, get your mates like Tufnel, WCF, Camel, Saintly all reading this and you will all learn how I keep coming up with the goods.

Manu you were obsessed with me Laying Collingwood in another post, no need, they are irrelevant in looking at all these 4 transactions in total.

Collingwood was just the "dummy" to get you interested. Can't wait for 2011.

Khrapper cretin - there's only one fool buddy, and that's you - the bloke who said the minor premiers won't make the 8 - hilarious stuff!!

But you do have a remarkable history in atrocious sporting predictions. "Geelong won't make the 8" in '07, and then going on to be Premiers by a record margin, is but one classic example amongst a plethora of beauties.

You lose yet again - and yet again you lie about it - not much of a man (or anything for that matter) are you?!

What looks like a Geelong vs Collingwood Grand Final?

St Kilda are are looming. North played very well in parts today but the Saints won easily. They are humming and Riewoldt played a blinder. Kosi finding form too.

Beware a team that almost pulled off the big one last year. Momentum is building.

OK so using his example he picks up $100 on Richmond and Carlton and loses $45 on the Mighty Blues and $10.50 on (LOL) the MINOR PREMIERS who he said would not make the eight.

Even at giving $100 about Richmond creating an exposure of $5000 he has made less than 1% of his exposure.

The only lesson here is a lesson in stupidity. You could have done better at the bank!

That's why I remain

Another huge triumph for my followers.

The only change to the teams that will make up the top 8 will be if Hawthorn lose their last 2 games and North win their last 2 games.

So Carlton and Collingwood have made it. My followers have made it too. Made lots of cash again.

That is the name of the game.

Someone please tell MD and his foolish mates.

Nige,

I'll also be in Europe come Grand Final.

Devastated!

What looks like a Geelong v Collingwood GF and both of us won't be able to be there!

Khrapper, Khrapper, Khrapper

I've already shown your ridiculous post regarding forum pests was a complete load of garbage [but as we all know, you are emotionally incapable of acknowledging your repeated errors], proving that you alone contribute more waffle than anyone else.

For your information, my club has lost six Grand Finals in my lifetime - I've got pretty used to the associated sensation & nothing you could say could possibly make any difference. At least one of us can take defeat.

This week's blockbuster doesn't decide anything really - [injuries aside] both teams should still finish 1 & 2.

As far as this September goes, I'll be in Europe [I did mention this earlier this year], funded largely by last September's footy punting exploits. I'm hoping to continue my record of being out of the state when the Cats triumph [Darwin '07, Alice '09], but you can rest assured I'll be around on the forum whenever possible.

Now you run along and find your worry beads - you've got a lot on your plate, agonising over the big issues - like whether the Blues, Dees and Tiges can make the eight. I hope you're getting eight hours a night.

Keep landing those really big fish, champ. I'll stick to following winners.

I think the 8 is decided. Those on 28 have no realistic chance, then I can't see Melbourne rolling Hawthorn and they have to go Port which is proving a graveyard at the moment. North won't be winning 3 either, in fact they will do well to win 1, added to which their percentages are woeful anyway.

It's a shame really because they way they have played and stuck it to a few heavyweights this year should have earned the Demons a place....I'd be more than happy to sacrifice the Swans to accommodate that.

They will need a team of moderators to deal with the traffic.

Might be time you planned a family holiday.

You are right about the Blues and Swans Mr Lister, they have the staggers big time.

In their defence this week, they played two of the best three sides in the comp, but if they make the 8, are simply making up the numbers..

Manu thinks I laid the Tigers at 1000/1, the exchange wouldn't agree to that without the funds in the account and I wouldn't tie up that amount for 6 mths. That was just an example you fool. I laid the Tigers at triple figure odds, but not 1000/1.

Why do you want the Demons to make the 8. Is it because I would lose. You spiteful sod. Are you related to MD? Wouldn't and shouldn't you be more worried about your own betting activities and trying to improve your own outcomes.

The way the Swans and Carlton are going the Kangas and Demons have realistic chances of scraping in.

Kangas can win against West Coast, Melbourne and maybe Freo here.
Dees can win against Richmond, Port and Kangas.

Swans play Hawks at home, Freo in Perth, Bulldogs at home and Brisbane in Brisbane. If North or Melbourne can win 3 then the Swans would need to win 2 of the last 4 to stay in.

Carlton play Essendon, Richmond, Geelong and Freo in Perth. They may only be able to beat Richmond the way they are going and if that happens North only have to win two to get above them.

Round 22 between Kangas and Dees could well be the game that decides if one of them makes the 8.

With the injuries the Kangas have I think they will struggle, and the draw has not helped Melbourne. Imagine if they had scraped home in both games against the Pies.

Anyway, Swans and Carlton will probably fall in but the danger is there. Lets hope it comes down to the last game.

I don't think they'll make it Man U but I'd be pleased to see them do so - they have a real crack and play an attractive style of footy - unlike the current 7th and 8th placed teams!

Here come the DEES!!!

Looking at the draw they have 3 out of 4 winnable matches and the last round clash with Kangas may see them scrape in with 42 points.

Heres hoping
