The publisher was Puntwin Pty Limited, 1903 National Mutual Centre, 44 market Street, Sydney.
To locate a copy, you could try searching the database of public libraries. I would be suprised if the libraries of private clubs such as Tattersalls in Brisbane or Sydney, or their equivalents in Melbourne and Adelaide did not hold a copy on their shelves. You could ask for a borrow to enable you to copy specific pages.

Message: Encounter, I recently spotted Don's book Winning in the 90's for sale at the Barnes & Noble website, wouldn't hurt to email them with a request for the titles you're looking for. Also try secondhand book stores in both Australia and New Zealand, they're geared to track down out of print publications. Good luck with your search.
