Message: Out of interest does anyone know what happened to this Filly she is by Stracraft out of Private Steer I believe it has trialed a couple of times but to my knowledge hasn't hit the tracks race day. I believe it is being trained by John O'Shea
Message: She cost $450,000 at the 2009 Easter yearling sales. She has trialled twice, finishing an 11 length 6th of 6 over 900m at Canterbury in April 2010 and a 3 length 4th of 7 over 800m at Wyong in Sept 2010.
If the trials are anything to go by, I doubt very much that we'll be hearing anything of Mountain Laurel, except that she was another expensive, well-bred dud.
