Message: Any thoughts re the Ramornie ( Wed ) or Cup (Thurs )--or the lesser races ? Usually takes a pretty fair horse to win one on these 2 days. I will be there--with bells on-- and at this early stage like: Ramornie --Howmuchdoyouloveme & River Lad
Cup--Shamardashing & Hume
On Thurs --also like R3 Punjab Rocket-- and in the Sir James Kirby R8 Devil's Melody.
Message: Just giving myself a wrap for tipping the double. Hope you got on Punjab Rocket today. Got $9 on course. A good couple of days--spoilt only by the new pathetic catering arrangements. On Wednesday they had no pies or sandwiches left by 1.30 pm. Some stubborn high official needs a good rap over the knuckles for this AND for upsetting some leading trainers and long-time supporters of Grafton Racing.

Message: Ollie Vollie will put a bit of spice into the multi's. Might even knock it off at a big price. E/w and tri's, ff's around a couple mentioned here already.. Howmuchyadayada, Magic Cass and the improver Riva de Lago
Good luck for the day. Historically I Love this race... not so much this year's field.
Good luck, Tic, I reckon these couple of days are usually good punting, on a track that generally plays fair. (Watching weather a bit)
I'm pretty keen on Prost in the Ramornie, hopefully at fairly juicy odds. (Currently $12 TAB Fixed)
The run in the Eyeliner last start was very good, the distance is ideal, 4th up will be nice and fit, J Lloyd riding very well, the track should suit. Should get a nice run a bit off the speed, and you can usually make ground at Grafton.
Not sure I'd be taking too much of the price now, reckon it will pay better tomorrow.
May the luck of the Irish settle upon your punting hand.

Message: The up and comers HOWMUCHDOYOULOVEME & MAGIC CASSIUS are already quite short and they need to step up to listed level, straight out of restricted grade in the case of the latter, albeit both with decent weight drops.
A few chances but PROST @ $12 looks like good value to me. Excuses 1st and 2nd up and a great run from a wide draw in the Eyeliner. That form reference is proving to be quite compelling, at least as far as Listed level goes, with every horse out to 9th in that race backing it up more or less, save SKATING ON ICE who hasn't run since.
A roughie for exotics is MARTIN PLACE who despite not seeming to like wet tracks has done quite well so far in Sydney Metro grade this prep after being gelded.
