I believe the signal will be unencrypted so if you currently have an old unused fox or austar dish and invest around $350 bucks in a aftermarket decoder(uec,humax,topfield,strong etc)point it slightly away from the C1 sattelite to give you B3 (ask your local installer) Quick scan ,bobs your uncle

For some reason those that are a position to publicize these things are not doing so or not doing so effectively.
