Racing and Sports offers punters more and more important racing information.
One of the big attractions each Autumn is the feature races conducted in Melbourne and Sydney.
All of these require early nominations and we have collated them for you on our Feature Race Runners page where we track their entries in the coming week. As well as notifying punters of the noms, we also provide for you a direct link to our extensive and expanding form database. Plus, there is the associated Betfair price for the specific feature race. We hope you enjoy this new addition to your betting strategies from all of us here at Racing and Sports.
GOLDEN SLIPPER 2010 The world’s richest free entry 2yo race causes much drama and excitement as any race probably can. Has been run on wet tracks on the last two occasions but that does little to dim the madness.
If your Slipper winner happens to be a colt, you are set for life as they are immediate stallion targets for large studs or sent there by their owners.
From possibly the greatest win of all Luskin Star and Todman’s in the first to Belle Du Jour bombing the start and still winning, anything can happen. Lee Freedman won four in a row from ’93 which followed Shane Dye’s quartet beginning with Courtza.

THE BMW 2010 The BMW has a history of high quality horses winning as this is the only 2400m G1 WFA race in the country.
Just five years ago Makybe Diva ran down the flying Grand Armee and before that Tie the Knot, Might and Power and Octagonal kept the honour roll firing.
Another derby winner in Fiumicino lapped up the wet track to put the pressure on Theseo and win the staying test over the last 200m strain to the line.

EMIRATES DONCASTER MILE The AJC’s centerpiece race is the best mile in Australia. It brings together so many formlines, 3yo fillies and colts, middle distance horses coming back and crack milers.
From the exploits of perhaps the most supreme miler of all time in Super Impose to Sunline magnificence, from Private Steer scything through the field to Guy Walter’s trifecta in 2005, this race fails to disappoint. Even a horse most considered a welter competitor, including his trainer, sprouted wings in 2009.
