Saturday, 10 October 2009: 26 horses have accepted for the Czech Republic's favourite race and one of the great day's racing in the world.

The novelty this year is that there will be an Australian jockey riding - Paul Hamblin - who according to our Czech sources
is on a horse that has absolutely no chance.
The favourite at even money if you are prepared to risk that on race of some 7 kms and 35 jumps is Sixteen, who won the
race in 2007 and 2008. The other Czech runners aren't given too much of a chance and it could be that Mr Big, trained by
Charlie Mann with Noel Fehily to ride, or Lucky Nellerie, trained by Ferdie Murphy and ridden by Keith Mercer, could be up
there. They are both quoted at 9/1, along with Tiumen, Mandarino and Del Sole.
