Friday, 30 September 2011: A few trainers have changed tact with the long weekend of racing and the weather sweeping across Victoria.

24 hours ago, trainer Robert Heathcote was adamant
Woorim 
wouldn't run at Moonee Valley tonight but with an improving track connections have had a change of heart.
Currently rated a dead (5), Woorim will run tonight provided the track receives no more rain between now and the last race.
This will be his final hit-out before the Toorak Handicap.
There have been plenty of scratchings from the JRA Cup, with
Rekindled Interest ,
Southern Speed and
Linton coming out of the race to be saved for the Turnbull Stakes at Flemington on Sunday.
Linton's stablemate,
At First Sight , has been scratched from not only the JRA Cup but the Turnbull as well and will concentrate on next weekend's Group 1 Caulfield Stakes.
South Australian trainer Jake Stephens may follow suit with
Alcopop as well.
Alcopop is entered for Sunday's Turnbull but if the track is rain affected he may also be saved for the following week at Caulfield.
The track is currently also rated a dead (5) but the forecast over the weekend is for more showers.
