Friday, 27 April 2012: Versatile star Black And Bent has been entered for both the $100,000 Galleywood Hurdle and the $200,000 Warrnambool Cup at next week's May carnival.

The champion hurdler will be chasing a ninth straight jumps win if he contests the Galleywood Hurdle, a race he won in 2010.
The son of Black Hawk is one of eight nominations for the Galleywood with trainer
Robert Smerdon yet to confirm his plans for the six-year-old.,
Australian Hurdle winner Our Aristocrat, debut hurdle winner Above Average and hardy veteran Desert Master are also nominated.
There are 377 entries for day two of the carnival which also features the the $125,000 Wangoom Handicap.
The 1200m Listed sprint has attracted 49 entries, headed by G1 winner Eagle Falls and includes 2010 winner Stanzout, last year's third placegetter Philda, recent Caulfield winner Second Effort plus Elusive Touch, Rocking Force, Secret Flyer, Shock Value and Wealth Princess.
Among the 38 entries for the Warrnambool Cup on Thursday are dual winner Hissing Sid, G2 winner Domesky and feature country cup winners Boom N Zoom (Cranbourne Cup), Dance With Her (Pakenham Cup), Lucky Eighty Eight (Kyneton Cup), Constant Force (Stawell Cup ) plus Wednesday's Flemington winner Mr O'Ceirin.
They are among a the 386 entries for the final day of the three-day carnival that starts on Tuesday.
There 15 nominations for Thursday's $250,000 Grand Annual Steeplechase.
Headlining the entries for the 5500m marathon is the Ciaron Maher-trained Al Garhood, who is chasing a historic third consecutive win in the race.
Last year's runner-up Awakening Dream, Brierly Steeplechase winner Vindicating and the John Wheeler-trained pair Tobouggie Nights and Cape Kinaveral – who fought out the finish of the recent Great Eastern Steeplechase at Oakbank – are among the entries.
