Within the member profile home page there is a safe and secure facility for members to deposit funds into their Racing and Sports account. This facility is backed by the National Australia Bank Secure Internet Payment Service, which gives members piece of mind when conducting credit card transactions over the Internet. However, there are many ways to deposit funds into your account, click here to view them.

The member profile also gives you access features such as private messaging, a single point of sign-on, and an option to remain signed-in permanently.

Near the bottom of the home page on the far right a list of topics that are currently being discussed can be found. Here you may click whatever topic takes your fancy, read other members postings and reply with your own comments, if you are game. A must read if you have formed a strong opinion about a particular aspect or performance in racing and/or sport.

Very bottom of the home page, across the width, that has links to Racing And Sports company information, terms of use, privacy policy for both entities and another “contact us” option. Explanation of how the site can and cannot be used and the strict policies each company adopts in protecting its viewers, customers and trademark data and information.

 About the Site
 Overview of Racing And Sports and Australian Associated Press combining to form a super-site for thoroughbred racing and sports. Racing And Sports and their racing technology and website expertise also is explained along with a description of just what they can provide and have already done so.

 Contact Us
 Where the postal addresses, phone numbers, fax and email contact can be made for Racing And Sports and the key people involved. A feedback email option exists here for technical support, complaint, inquiry or complement regarding the website as an entity or general specific sections within.

 Profile Sign In / My Profile
 This section is where you can sign-in if you are already a registered user of Racing And Sports, if you are not then you can register to become one.

Simply fill in the required fields on the registration page, click the 'I Agree' button and wait for the confirmation e-mail to arrive in your inbox. When you receive the confirmation e-mail click on the activation link and your account will be activated.

Now you may sign-in to your Racing and Sports member profile.

Once you have signed in there is greater explanation provided of what advantages your membership entails you to.

 
Racing Today
 FREE Daily Stats
 Free information on racemeetings for the day and several days and meetings coming up. Fields, jockeys, snapshot form, head-to-head, neural algorithms, race results and much more can be found here. Just click the meeting on whatever day you are interested in and many options will become available. The left-hand side index will point you towards the various types of information available on that particular meeting and near the bottom on the left-hand side you will see race numbers. Just move through the races from there as you check out all the statistics for each meeting. Free form for every TAB meeting each day can be accessed on the home page by going to Today’s Racing on the far right midway down the page (no need to scroll down). The same applies whereby you click on the meeting you want to research and then each and every race from that meeting can be viewed with ease. Today’s Racing is also found on the centre left side of the home page by scrolling down and midway down the right-hand side of the home page is another access area for today’s meetings.

 Race Results
 Full results from the days meetings as they are confirmed for every TAB meeting and pushing the refresh button will ensure you are right up with the play. An archive also exists here to check back on results from earlier in the week. Just click on the meeting you want (situated on the right hand side of the page) and whatever results are confirmed will come up. The whole meeting results will come up if you are checking later on and the archive is simply a matter of choosing what meeting earlier in the week you would like to view.

 Stewards Room
 Steward's reports from the previous days racing and gear changes for the current days meetings can be viewed here. Click on the meeting of your choice from the list and all the official information comes up to read.

 WAP
 Wireless Application Protocol or the R&S services available that can be received in this manner. WAP mobile phone and PDA options are described and discussed for those that want information without having to sit down at their PC. Mobile phone types and applicable services are described here in detail.

 Racing Review
 Archive of the daily race preview Racing And Sports Racing Director Gary Crispe provides. A picture and biography of Gary can be found here. His daily preview targets a specific race and gives personal reason and statistical explanation for the chances encompassing value at the same time as mentioning several runners worth consideration. The current daily preview can be found on the home page, each and every day, at the top and centre right under Racing Preview. Click on any article of the archive and read what was written recently or years ago.

 Sholtz's Say
 Archive of the articles the Racing And Sports Racing Editor Chris Scholtz has provided including comment, selections, reviews and previews. A picture, biography and email address for Chris can also be found here. The latest Scholtz’s Say can be found on the home page on the far right with just a small scroll down. Click on any archived article to read and go back further using the option found on the left-hand side of the page.

 Archive of an international thoroughbred column provided by Whistlejacket that covers all the continents of racing. The latest articles can be found on the home page by scrolling down to find Whistlejacket situated centre left at the bottom.

 Archive that contains articles regarding the lead up to the running of the last three Melbourne Cups. Trivia, special interviews, comments, pointers and facts abound here and the feel and fervour of the great race is here for all to see and relive. There are so many facts and figures here and all the angles are covered. Multiple choices of days, weeks and months to read and relive and some special archive information is found here too.

 Extensive local and overseas coverage of the news, views, sales and goings in the breeding industry compiled by Nathan Exelby. A full archive is viewable using the section found on the left-hand side of the page while the latest articles can be found on the home page left of the centre by scrolling down.

 Group Racing
 Interactive section that covers the last three seasons of results whereby you will find everything you need to know. As well as being able to check on all results in those seasons by clicking on the G1, G2, G3 or Listed headers (left-hand side of page index) you will also find the unique Racing And Sports Timeform Ratings available. Race Quality Factor is also included and this weighs up the depth of each field by using several factors that determine the strength of a black type race. Many hours can be spent in this interactive section that helps you solve all manner of requests. Click the search races box below the Group Interactive header (bottom of index on left-hand side) and inquire away.

 
Racing Features
 Around the Traps
 List of the latest week of mentioned runners to back at their next start from the Tipping Tribe. Form Chief has all the states covered and a search box is found here (right-hand side of page) whereby you can type in the name of a horse to see if a member of the tribe has tipped it in the last year. On the right-had side of the page underneath Two Feathers is a clickable line Form Horses To Follow. Click this and up will pop any runner mentioned by the scouts that is entered for a meeting on the day you make the inquiry. The two latest entries from the Form Chief can be found on the home page on the far right-hand side and then a scroll down. The Form Horses To Follow option can also be clicked on here too. Please note a blackbook entry can be added from here by calling up the particular horse mentioned and then clicking the prompt found within it. This will include it in your blackbook, if a registered member (free) and mean if the horse runs in the next six weeks anywhere in Australia, an email notification is coming your way. No excuse to miss out on any of the winners tipped by the tribe.

 Talkback Forum
 Service whereby you need to become a registered user (a link is here that directs you to where and how you become a member) to post messages on racing, sports and all manner of topics. Questions can be asked, answered or pondered and regulars often start threads here on the latest happenings. An index of the topics posted upon is found lower down this page and a link line below that can be utilised for sending a message to a staff member of Racing And Sports by simply clicking on it. Gary Crispe visits Talkback from time to time and will respond to questions and postings when applicable. A home page link to the Talkback forum can be found on the far right-hand side by scrolling down and clicking “more”.

 Audio Today
 Vast selection of audio clips that can be heard, if you have real player (free download at real.com) and a link to this is provided. Listen to what the top trainers and riders had to say after some big race wins, interviews with high profile racing people, discussion prior to the running of some big races, previews of big races and so much more. Gary Crispe and Chris Scholtz catch up with all the identities of racing and some memorable quotes are found in this archive. Click on the audio you want to hear (huge list that goes back almost three years) by looking at the topic description line and clicking the sound logo directly across to the left of it.

 Premierships
 Searchable section that gives you the option (top left of page) to check training and jockey statistics for the top 20 riders and trainers with a multitude of factors to look for. Every type of factor for the top 20 can be inquired upon here with the clickable options below the list. For direct check per state, just click on the map situated top left corner of page, on the particular state you wish to look at. Premiership statistics can be found by clicking on the pair of prompts at top left of page. All lists are updated weekly and cover one year.

 Ejockey
 Online presence for riders Damien Oliver and Craig Newitt. Jockey managers can market their charges here and provide all the latest information about said riders. The latest news on each rider can be found here as well as a wealth of other options. Click on the options (left-hand side of page index) where included is the opportunity for other jockeys to become online members with a Platinum or Gold membership (details of what each package entails and costs are described). Joining fan clubs and purchasing opportunities (merchandise and memorabilia) are another option on the left-hand side of the page index. Click on the contact us prompts that are found in each section and on the index if you are an interested party. If you want ask a high profile rider something or find out more about his achievements, upcoming rides or history then it can be found or asked here. Links to jockey statistics by state are found on this page with the usable map situated on the right-hand side of page. Rider Shane Pawsey can be clicked on to see what is presented and is available if you become a member.

 Blackbook
 Electronic notification system that is free and emails you any horse, placed in your created Blackbook, entered for an upcoming racemeeting in the next six weeks. To receive the emails of when any horse runs anywhere in Australia you need to create a Racing And Sports profile which can be done through the top left corner of the page. Either sign in here if already a member or register here and gain a userword and password. This then allows you to utilise the blackbook facility and it is free. You can add, edit and even renew particular horses (means you will be informed whenever they are running anywhere in Australia for another six weeks). Very popular service for punters and owners that need reminding of when certain horses are accepted.

 
Sports
 Sports Home
 Massive archive of all the sports stories that has a search by particular sport category index on the left-hand side of the page. The latest list of sports stories are found here and these can also be accessed by clicking on the article of your choice found on the home page centre right of screen by scrolling down.

 Sports Stats
 Archived stories with an emphasis on facts and figures that has an easy search sport category on the left-hand side on page. The place to visit when the big sporting events get set to start, are underway or have come to a conclusion.

 Ratings
 A top twenty list that is updated weekly and covers a season and provides the Racing And Sports developed Timeform Equivalent ratings for two, three, four and five-year-old horses plus a summary of all horses. These ratings are used in the UK based Timeform publications and are expressed in pounds. They are globally recognised as the most accurate measure of a thoroughbred. Whatever age or category you wish to view, just click on the option of your choice found on the left-hand side of the page. The best Timeform ratings in the last ten years and even from the 70’s can be viewed here if a trip down memory lane is wanted.
