Chris Scholtz is one of Australia's most respected and experienced racing journalists and race analysts.

He has covered Australian racing for almost 30 years, working in all forms of the racing media including 18 years with Sydney's Daily and Sunday Telegraphs.
During this time he was presented with the coveted Sir Clyde Kennedy Media Award by the Sydney Turf Club for best newspaper coverage of the Golden Slipper Stakes.
His other media roles have included feature racing columnist for "The Sporting Globe" and "Sportsman" national racing papers, racing editor of the "Wizard" form guide since 1989 and racing editor of 'Racing and Sports" since 2001. He is also managing director of racing industry public relations company, Tronta Media.
Since 1990 Chris has been heard daily through the Sport 927 radio network presenting racing news, price assessments and form previews for all TAB galloping meetings held in NSW. He also presents special racing segments on regional radio stations.
Chris has covered every major racing event in Australia as well as racing in the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, the Kentucky Derby and the Hong Kong Internationals.
He is also widely respected for his coverage and knowledge of the Australian breeding industry and country racing affairs.
