WARWICK FARM June 28

RACE 7: Lucky Fish – trainer Mark Newnham advised he was satisfied with the post race condition of the gelding and he intends to continue with the preparation.


ROSEHILL July 1

RACE 2: Lope De Lope – trainer Ron Quinton advised that he was satisfied with the post race condition of the filly, however connections are undecided on the future race plans of Lope De Lope. Quinton undertook to report back on the future racing plans once determined.

Faraway Town – trainer Matthew Smith reported that the filly was found to be sore in the near fore knee. Smith advised that x-rays did not reveal any abnormalities, however, the filly will be spelled. Smith was advised a veterinary clearance will be required prior to racing again.

RACE 3: I’ll Fly Away trainer’s representative S McCartney advised that the mare will be spelled.

RACE 5: Black Tomahawk – trainer’s representative S McCartney reported that the stable was satisfied with the post race condition of the gelding and that the intention is to continue on with the preparation.

RACE 7: Girl Sunday – stable representative S Alexiou advised the stable was satisfied with the post race condition of the gelding and the intention is to continue with the GEELONG June 30

RACE 8: Fast Tycoon - the Hayes/Dabernig stable advised that the gelding pulled up well and will be continuing on.

CAULFIELD July 1

RACE 5: A Lotta Love - trainer Sam Pritchard-Gordon advised that the mare pulled up well and will continue on.

RACE 7: Royal Island - trainer John Salanitri advised that the gelding pulled up well however will now be spelled.

RACE 9: Overberg - trainer Ciaron Maher advised the gelding has a minor throat abnormality and will now be spelled.

SALE July 2

RACE 1: Way of the Storm - trainer Sharen Gotts advised that the mare pulled up well and she will now experiment with gear changes.

RACE 7: Nangawooka - trainer Matthew Brown advised that the gelding pulled up flat and he will now give the horse a few light weeks to freshen up.

RACE 5: High Diamonds - trainer Niall Phillips advised that the mare pulled up sound and has eaten up well. It was its first time at 1600m and was caught wide throughout.

SANDOWN July 12

RACE 2: Lady Skills - trainer Matt Laurie advised that the filly has pulled with no obvious issues and will continue its preparation.

RACE 6: He’s A Moral - the Weir stable advised that the gelding pulled up with no issues and will continue its preparation.
