Chris Scholtz reviews the Rosehill trials on April 10.
ROSEHILL April 10
Yet another set run on a heavy track but were some very good efforts from both well exposed performers heading for the Brisbane carnival and lesser types set to come to the fore over the winter months.
VANBRUGH : Strong win. Looks to have found his form.
TAKEWING : Nice effort behind Vanbrugh.
MONASTERIO : Sharp win with an impressive late turn of foot.
AMOVATIO : Never got the chance to extend behind Monasterio. Had plenty to offer.
EGYPTIAN SYMBOL : Showed her class to run home over the top of her rivals. Brisbane bound,
NIETA : Another super trial from a quality mare. Classy.prospect.
SANGIOVESE : Has convictions but this trial was sharp. Going well.
I THOUGHT SO : Showed his true ability here. Follow.
ENCOSTA LINE : Found line in good style under soft ride.
PYMBLE : PYMBLE: Eased down to score soft win after opening up a big lead. Can run.
HONG QIGONG : LIked the way he finished off behind Pymble.
VIRIDINE : Plenty in hand finding line for third. LIkely type for Godolphin.
RISEN : Another Snitzel with obvious talent. Sharp win.
WALK THE STREETS : Good third under easy ride. Improver.
ISLE OF CAPRI : Smothered back the field doing best work late. Typical Waller trial.
MOUNT PANORAMA : Cold ride and attcaked the line hard. Has talent.
WAYANKA : Ridden out the back but and aksed to do little before working to line nicely late.
