The stud future of classy Group winner Zousain is secure.

Widden Stud bought into the Zoustar colt before he raced at Rosehil last Saturday in the G2 Run To The Rose.

The winer of the G2 Champagne Classic at Doomben was purchased by David Redvers and Mulcaster Bloodstock for $400,000 at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale and has already won over $330,000.

Montjeu’s classic winning son Roman Emperor will stand at Mount Brown International in Victoria after being relocated from Princes Farm in NSW.

Roman Emperor, an ATC Australian Derby winner, has covered less than 200 mares in seven seasons at stud and is the sire of the Sydney stakeswinner Emperor’s Way and metropolitan winners Roman Son, Latin Boy, Imperator Augustus, Nepean, Roman Typhoon and Etheridge.

Princes Farm, formerly owned by the late Bart Cummings, was recently sold by his family to Racing NSW.

Newly established Mount Brown Stud at Euroa also stands its foundation stallion Diamond Tathagata (Hinchinbrook).

He will be the only son of Montjeu at stud in Victoria.

Recent Caulfield winner Mutamayel topped the Melbourne August Thoroughbred Sale at Oaklands Junction after being purchased by Mark Pilkington for $90,000 from the Lindsay Park draft.

The Snitzel gelding is a 4YO three-quarter brother to G1 winner Hampton Court (Redoute’s Choice) and has won two of his eight starts.

Godolphin sold all 10 of their offered lots and Lindsay Park sold nine.

The sale ended with an 84 per cent clearance rate with an aggregate of $1,321,150.

The G2 winner Tiamo Grace (Monaco Consul) failed to make her $400,000 reserve and was passed in at $360,000.

Lady Aurelia, the Scat Daddy flier who twice lit up Royal Ascot for US trainer Wesley Ward and her owners Stonestreet Stables and Peter Leidel, will be offered at the Fasig-Tipton November Sale in Kentucky.

Hill ‘n’ Dale Sales Agency will consign the 4YO on behalf of Stonestreet’s Barbara Banke.

A winner in the US, England and France, Lady Aurelia won five of 10 career starts and earned $US834,945.
