Bendigo: Race 5 @ 3:30pm

Duro Canyon leads. THAT RINGS A BELL resumes after what was a solid maiden campaign. Best figures returned during the prep see her hard to beat in this. Oliver taking the ride is a key booking. BUNKER BUSTER at least has a fitness edge over the mare having shed his maiden tag first up at Geelong over 1300m. Drawn to get a cosy run in transit from barrier 1. LAUGHING HEIR showed good improvement on his first up outing when winning at Benalla last start. A sharp rise from 1106m to seven furlongs the query. SELECTIONS: Believe #5 That Rings A Bell can fire fresh from #6 and #1.

$3.30 is That Rings A Bell’s current price.

Using Ladbrokes Odds boost however, $3.80 is available.

Grafton: Race 1 @ 12:50pm

Speed anticipated from Bronzed Venom, Cool Prince and Accord. BRONZED VENOM will strip fitter for the one run back. He progressed through the grades in rapid fashion last time in and can pick up where he left off. CANTILLATE filled the minor placings here last time out. Can measure-up off that and is right in this with a similar performance. HOPE ISLAND is never far away whilst PAT'S DESTINY with winning form fill out the minors.SELECTIONS: Keen on Bronzed Venom to kick us off.

Kilcoy: Race 2 @ 1:40pm

Last Round should roll forward and be prominent. He is knocking on the door greeting this off two placings. Ducked down to Moree last start and found the line good over the 950m, giving the impression this trip will suit. Drops below the minimum after the claim for Dodds and should prove hard to beat. BENOVSKY is still in his initial campaign but showing enough. He struggled over the 1200m last start but should improve back to this trip. LITTLE ALBERT second-up best of the rest. SELECTIONS: Siding with Last Round.

Northam Race 8 @ 4:37pm (AEST)

PARADING won a Belmont CL3 FU and missed a lip there 3U off a forgive run. He peaks with the claim and makes strong appeal at a winning trip. MAGIC MINT can trail and seeks the hat-trick in stronger. She draws well and can’t be discounted with the weight drop. SING FOUR US DAN won FU and then was a bit unlucky at Belmont. A plain run followed at the mile the same venue and he will go better this trip. THE BLUE NIPPER resumes with Pike booked and draws inside. Watch the market with him. SELECTIONS: It looks a day for the shorties and a few all-ups. # 1 Parading has been well-found but is hard to go past.
