Grafton: Race 6 @ 3:20pm

CHALMERS brings strong Sydney form and won the latest sitting handy against some decent horses. Has trialled since and is a galloper with upside who should be right on top of his game today getting the run of the race for Froggie Newitt. MISHANI BULLITT presents off the Sunshine Coast Guineas won by The Bostonian on a heavy surface. Has been racing well in Group company without much luck and coming back to a good surface won’t bother. He has to give Chalmers 4kg and that could tell at the business end. I AM IMPINGE should be ready to find his best. Owns clearly the best peak figure in this line-up recorded in the Vo Rogue Stakes back in December and Jim Byrne rides the Edmond’s galloper for the first time. TURNBURY has been freshened off the Queensland Derby and will be hitting the line for Kris Lees. SNAPCHAT GIRL is one to throw into the multiples and big odds. SELECTIONS: # 6 Chalmers ticks most boxes.

Morphettville Parks: Race 3 @ 1:40pm (AEST)

TABLE OF WISDOM is on the quick back up after running fourth on Saturday. Enjoys a drop in grade and had won two of his previous three outings so looks hard to beat at this level. EXALTED CRAFTSMAN has had a series of close up efforts this campaign. Placed at Gawler last time and has placed at both attempts at this distance. Danger. THE BIG CHEESE scored well last start on the back of two seconds. Respect. SELECTIONS: #1 Table Of Wisdom is suited dropping in grade. Backing him to win from #4 and #5.

Sandown: Race 4 @ 2:00pm

Early pace from Column, Serenade The Stars and Hardern can push on. THUNDER CLOUD was beaten at short odds last time but that came on a shifty Valley surface. He was tracking really well before that and think that he can come out and prove a tougher nut to crack this time. SERENADE THE STARS beat him home there, though, and he will be fitter. Talented horse and he is a coming winner this preparation. Good chance he breaks through today. TIGER TIM can also run well for the same yard and a winning Silver Stratum is to be respected. SELECTIONS: Want to side with Serenade The Stars.

Warwick Farm: Race 4 @ 2:25pm

Tycoon Street, Zonk and Sweet Scandal likely to be prominent. ZONK fell just short of leading throughout over 1250m at Canterbury a fortnight ago. Gets the 3kg claim used to good effect again. Yet to run out of the money in four starts at this track. SWEET SCANDAL is also down to contest the prior event. Will be competitive whichever direction connections elect to head. TYCOON STREET wasn't far off leading throughout at Wyong last start. SELECTIONS: Backing #2 Zonk from #7 and #8.

Hobart: Race 5 @ 2:28pm

SHENANIGATOR is ex Paddy Payne and is back after 24 days for Scott Brunton. Was tried two back at Flemington off the debut win and he looks very well suited. JACK'S CHOICE has been close up the last two and is back to the grass. Gets the claim and can make the photo racing close-up. ODESSA LAD didn’t enjoy the synthetic LS but the previous runs here would have him right in it. PURPLE RIDER next best also back to the grass. SELECTIONS: Expecting # 1 Shenanigator to have an edge.

Ipswich: Race 5 @ 3:07pm

El Shaday will push forward again today along with Allena. EL SHADAY is shooting for his third win in a row, the most recent coming over 1200m at Doomben. Steps up to the 1350m for this today where he has a good record and from the inside draw will push forward and take running down. ALLENA has won two of her last three, placing in her last eight outings. No tougher today and will also be on speed from barrier 2 with the 3kg claim for apprentice jockey. TIVOLI STREET looks best of the rest. SELECTIONS: #1 El Shaday to win again.
