Fourth in the Thousand Guineas (Gr 1, 1600m) last October, Anjana Horseform had the last say along the inner to score her maiden stakes win and fourth career win. From the inside draw she dropped back to third last early and remained there at the crossing.

Jockey Damien Oliver pushed her forward along the inner at the 400m and she had clear running from the 300m, ran up to the leaders at the 150m then came away for a fairly comfortable win.

Sunset Watch Horseform led them at the crossing and kept going strongly to the 150m before being collared yet fought well to hold second.

Fine Dane Horseform sat second at the crossing, tried to keep with the leader, looked beaten then knuckled down late to be third from Krone Horseform who, from last, kept up a strong run (widest) to be not far away in fourth.
