Dubbo: Race 3 @ 1.00pm

Ghibli should lead and prove hard to beat here. He holds all the keys winning two of his past three. Led and gave nothing else a chance here most recently. Finds another race lacking speed and will be hard to beat once again full of confidence. ARTISTIC BEAUTY races fresh. Completed a preparation in town last time in where her best result was a second at Rosehill. Has performed well first-up in the past and back sharply in grade won't know herself. Danger. ARLINGTON'S PICK has won two straight. They have both been in easier company but she is at the peak of her powers. SELECTIONS: Keen on #1 Ghibli from #2 and #6.

Devonport: Race 4 @ 1.55pm

Steel Brom can lead them around in a race which lacks in terms of early pace. SPIHRO returned to the synthetic here after five starts away from it and sure enough, he returned to the winner's circle. Loves this track and is drawn to enjoy all of the favours. BLAZE FORTH won at this course and distance two back. Was a bit one paced over 1150m. Better suited here back up to 1350m. MECONSUL was only narrowly denied victory at this course over 1150m last start. Well drawn and the claim helps. LORD FARQUAAD and STEEL BROM the value players. SELECTIONS: #4 Spihro for the win - thrives at this track – from #1 and #2.

Sunshine Coast: Race 7 @ 3.50pm

This many two year olds will make it a strong tempo. Interesting juvenile race. CAPITAL GAIN ran a slashing race in Listed grade a fortnight back. The big track suits as it gives him time to wind up. Importantly softer ground is also advantageous. MARSEILLE EN FLEUR has found her mark of late. This isn't the best of barriers but is racing like she can overcome. MISHANI BULLITT has been backed a few times without success. Would love it wet. SELECTIONS: #1 Capital Gain to win from #2 and #4.

Ballarat: Race 8 @ 4:00pm

Mostly even speed here. A few could want the front. LET'S GO TO RIO only missed by a head first up. The added furlong won't hurt and a surface on the softer side is perfect. He has been backed every time to the track. WHAT A SHOCK obviously had issues resuming but proved them over when a strong runner up at Bendigo. He could have won that. Another 100m will only benefit. LUCKY BEAU won second up and that gives him confidence. SELECTIONS: Can back #1 What A Shock here from #4 and #7.

Kalgoorlie: Race 6 @ 5:40pm (AEST)

PEGATEGO has been rock solid in both starts to begin this preparation and now appears set to peak racing third up. Drawn to receive all the favours and is a noted flier at this C&D. Faithfull sticks aboard and he looks to set a decent standard. CROWN SAGA really caught the eye late behind Dark Royalty last start and is another who should be nearing their peak racing third up. Drawn favourably and looms as a major threat. PROHURST EXPRESS mixed his form last preparation but is certainly more than capable when right and has to be kept safe racing first up (placed 3/6). SELECTIONS: Very keen on #5 Pegatego racing third up from #3 and #4.
