A decision on whether he makes the trip to the Middle East will be determined by his performance in the G2 Ajax Stakes (1500m) at Rosehill on Saturday week.

The stable hopping Land Of Plenty Horseform is now under the care of Peter and Paul Snowden after starting off with Mick Price then going to Graham Begg before a stint with the Darren Weir stable.

He won the G1 Toorak Handicap (12600m) at Caulfield last spring when trained by Weir and had a brief stay with Ciaron Maher and David Eustace last month after Weir’s disqualification from racing.

Land Of Plenty had one start for Maher and Eustace for a photo finish second in the G1 CF Orr Stakes before the Snowden stable became his fifth home, debuting for the Sydney father and son team with a late closing fourth in the G1 Futurity Stakes (1400m) bat Caulfield on February 23.

Singapore-based Michael Rodd will visit Sydney to ride Land Of Plenty in the Ajax Stakes and he has tentatively been offered the mount if the 5YO entire makes it to Meydan for the Dubai Turf over 1800m.

Australia could have a strong representation at the Dubai World Cup meeting with crack sprinting mare Viddora Horseform already confirmed for the $2 million Al Quoz Sprint and G1 winner Brave Smash Horseform also in line to make the trip for that race after he runs in the Newmarket Handicap at Flemington on Saturday.

Trainer Lloyd Kennewell has Viddora booked to be flown to Dubai on March 18. She will travel under the care of Black Caviar’s previous travelling rider Paddy Bell.
