Wonderful Picture:Singapore Turf Club

LIM’S PRIDE (4) – May be looking for a touch more ground but with the blinkers going on and a nice barrier, he can stalk the leaders here and be strong late. Could prove hard to hold out in an even affair.

LUCKY SIX (6) – Has use of the inside alley and is coming off a solid win in similar grade. Expect another good performance from this horse. Racing well.

SUPER DENMAN (1) – Can go forward here and may look for the lead. Won two starts ago over 1200m in a similar type of event and should be considered among the better chances here. Can win.

DYNAMIC GENERAL (7) – Racing well from poor barriers and is close to a win. Will again have to go back from barrier 9 but will be running on well at the finish. If they overdo things upfront he could get over the top of them.

BOY NEXT DOOR (1) – Resumes here following luckless run when wide all of the way in a strong Restricted Maiden on November 30. Can be on the speed from barrier 1 and looks very hard to beat in this. Top pick.

BROADWAY SUCCESS (3) – Could represent some value in this race. Looks like this horse has come back better this preparation following a nice recent trial. Gets Vlad Duric on board and don’t be surprised to see an improved run from the Mark Walker-trained three-year-old.

TAX FREE (6) – Is drawn nicely for Nooresh Juglall here and judging by the horse’s recent trial performance where he was able to win running 60.80, he should be around the money in a race of this nature. Worth including.

FLAUNT (2) – Is back to the 1000m here on a 12-day turnaround. He can race near the lead and although not the strongest at the finish, this 1000m contest will suit the horse and he may have a fitness edge on his rivals which should count for something.

GENTLEMEN AGREEMENT (9) - Appeared disappointing last start but is capable of bouncing back returning to the turf surface. Has plenty of ability and will take benefit from the good draw. Expect bold showing.

SUPER POSH (11) - Handy type who is well credentialled for this affair. Fought on strongly to finish fourth last start to the smart stablemate and finds another suitable assignment. Major player.

FEDERATION (12) - Impressive type who broke maiden status last start by almost three lengths. Isn't ideally drawn but is capable of contesting the business end with even luck. Worth considering again.

SUPER DYNASTY (1) - Bounced back to form last start and certainly finds another suitable task. Needs luck from the draw but will appreciate the claim from stable apprentice jockey Iskandar Rosman. In the mix.

GOLDEN ROOSTER (5) - Is still a maiden but looks suited here in Class 5 from a nice alley and finding Vlad Duric. Good honest run behind Dayuan back on November 20, and providing he parades fit enough, he should be in the finish.

GOLDEN SPARK (1) – Is a Class 5 1000m winner here 2 starts ago and should again be competitive in this grade despite carrying the topweight of 59kgs at a mark of 43.

BIG REGARDS (8) – Won at a mark of 27 two starts back and backed that up with another good run last time. On current form should run well again here – include.

DONTLOOKDOWNONME (4) – May want a bit further than the 1000m but he should be strong late here and if they overdo it upfront, he could be the horse running on over the top of them. He’s only four points higher that his most recent win.

LARRY (3) - Narrowly beaten over the track/distance last start. Well drawn to take up a handy spot and will appreciate the services of Daniel Moor. Will take beating with a repeat dose of last start.

EINSTEIN'S CROSS (1) - Yet to break through but has been knocking on the door in recent outings. Well drawn to perform and gets in well at the weights with the claim of Krisna Thangamani. Can fight out the finish.

ACE HARBOUR (4) - Fit commodity who has been racing well without winning over this type of journey. Will take benefit from the good alley and is worth thought on best credentials. Don't ignore.

KING COBRA (2) – Lightly-raced and still open to some improvement. Steps up in trip significantly and gets the services of last year's champion jockey Vlad Duric. Best of the rest.

YULONG XIONGYIN (3) - Performed well first-up and returns to the races on the quick back-up. Well drawn to be hard on the speed and will take catching on best efforts. Expect bold showing.

PAPARAZZI (1) - Consistent performer who is well credentialed for this affair and returns to the races for a new trainer. Isn't ideally drawn but can fight out the finish with even luck. Major player.

REVOLUTION (6) - Progressive type who has developed a serious record in a short career. Will take benefit from the good draw and is capable of contending yet again. Mustn't be dismissed.

MIKKI JOY (4) - Well credentialled type on debut in Singapore. Will progress nicely over a longer journey but has trialled well leading into this affair. Must be respected on career credentials.

YAYA PAPAYA (2) – Went very well last time without any luck in a Kranji C. Was forced to race wide and make a long sustained run around the field and to be beaten 3.6L was a solid effort. Drops back to Class 4 here and draws a better barrier.

STREETWISE (12) – Is another three-year-old in this race and draws barrier 1 with 54kgs. He is first-up at a mile but has had the two solid trials and will be fit enough here resuming. Looks like he’s lost some of his speed since his two-year-old season. So this trip may be what the horse is looking for now.

ALLEGRO (1) – Hasn’t raced since November but is a horse with natural stamina and runs a solid mile. If he has any luck from a wide draw he will run well.

LUCKY TIGER (5) – Showed a bit more pace at his last couple of starts. More in his element in Class 4 races. Drawn wide and may have to settle in midfield in search of some cover this time. Not the worst. Include in exotic bets.

WONDERFUL (2) – Is a horse that can improve here and should be value. Would like to see a little bit of market support for him late but if there is some confidence around he’ll run a mighty race back to Kranji C grade. Top pick.

MADE IN RUSSIA (4) – Can get a bit hot before he races and still has improvement to come mentally. He got a bit tired in a recent trial and should come on more for this run. He’s got the ability there and gets the blinkers on for the first time, must respect.

STUNNING CAT (8) – Can be competitive in this race and this run should top him off nicely for a race in the near future. Can win shortly. Place chance in this.

AWESOME (9) – Is back onto the turf here but he’s raced well on the surface in the past and should be included here. Fast-finishing second to Invincible Ryker two starts back was a good run and the 1200m will be ideal.

CLASSIFIED (1) - Has been knocking on the door in recent outings and finds another suitable task. Trackwork leading in this affair suggests a bold showing. Commands respect.

NORTHERN SUN (2) - Bounced back to form last start when narrowly beaten and is capable of fighting out the business end with a repeat dose. Expect bold showing with even luck.

MONTAIGNE (3) - Hasn't been far from the mark in recent efforts. Will appreciate the services from Michael Rodd and demands respect on best efforts. In the mix.

HOWL (4) - Hard to knock on recent outings. On-pace type who is drawn to do work but if he finds the front, he can certainly give a sight. Worth considering.
