Today's Australian TAB thoroughbred meetings are today held at Gundagai, Mudgee, Hamilton, Sunshine Coast, Pinjarra and Gawler.

GUNDAGAI: RACE 4 @ 3:05PM

RHYTHMBOAT (2) had been plying his trade at metropolitan and provincial level for the Waller camp before switching stables and running an improved third at Wagga last time out. Will be at peak fitness for this and gets the services of Guymer again in the saddle. Rates the testing material against this lot. BALZANDO (1) will find this much easier than recent outings and is a must for the multiples. FLYING GRACE (5) has placed two from three over this trip and can earn some minor money. WILD BUCKEROO (12) is trained on course and can run a race while fresh. SELECTIONS: Rhythmboat to win.

MUDGEE: RACE 7 @ 4:40PM

CORVO (2) brought strong Queensland form to the first outing for the new barn and disappointed in Open grade as favourite. This suits much better and he can make amends. DRIVING FORCE (6) overcame plenty of trouble winning the Coonamble Maiden and Bullock sticks and will ride from the rail. He can keep improving. NEW REPUBLIC (5) was okay at Port Macquarie following the strong Taree Maiden win. Has an awkward gate but has weight relief at this level and fitter is in the mix. SELECTIONS: Leaning to Corvo.

HAMILTON: RACE 3 @ 2:20PM

AMERICAN IN PARIS (3) should be too classy for these. He was very good behind stablemate Britannicus at his first jumps race for the preparation and will have come on since then. His best is much better than these and he'll take a power of beating. VANGUARD (2) hasn't jumped in Australia but must respect some of his New Zealand form. WHITE HEATH (5) was well in the market at his last steeple run but failed to finish at Terang. He's better than that and can bounce back. SELECTIONS: American In Paris to win.

SUNSHINE COAST: RACE 6 @ 4:07PM

SIR WARWICK (4) is fast and has trialled for the resumption. Put three together in town near the back of the last preparation and his figures are strong. Goes fresh and draws low. Looks weighted to win. ARCHER'S PARADOX (1) resumes and is the fresh form is compelling. Will be competitive at best and is in well with the 3kg claim. HIDDEN EYES (8) resumed in good order at Ipswich and has plenty up the sleeve. In the mix. JULE'S SPIRIT (3) and MORT DOYLE (7) are both racing well and deserve consideration. SELECTIONS: With Sir Warwick.

GAWLER: RACE 5 @ 3:20PM

WATER INTO WINE (5) looks the one to beat. He was beaten a long way in the Morphettville Guineas at listed level last time but this is a huge drop in class and the run before a let-up in town was good enough for this. Keen on his chances. CARRY THE MUSKET (4) boxed on soundly first up from a spell in town and will strip fitter, with the rise in trip suiting. APPOLLO JET (3) has good early speed and will be in this for a long way. He won over this circuit two back before fading at Mt Gambier. SELECTIONS: Water Into Wine to win.

PINJARRA: RACE 7 @ 4:25PM

GALACTIC STORM (3) looked like an exciting prospect when winning at his last start prior to going for a spell. He looked forward when placing at a recent trial and from his good draw today should go close to winning. BUSTER'S FORCE (2) led all the way when winning his last start at Northam. He returns from a decent spell and if not in need of the run could take some catching. Include in all multiples. GOT YA (6) raced a bit flat last start at Ascot after winning on this track at her prior start. She has had a freshen up since last racing and should be about the money. SELECTIONS: Galactic Storm win bet.
