The market has him currently favourite, but I think Miss Couver should be instilled at the top of betting. He returns from his first preparation as a gelding and a new season three year old giving weight to a mare that's been competitive in black type company. There is plenty of speed engaged inside him which means that if he doesn't begin quickly, he could be in a world of pain.
GREYHOUNDS
Geelong: Race 7; #5 Follow The Band
Follow The Band was very poor in a heat of the Healesville Cup last start. Maybe he is just better around a bend but this is very tricky draw here and will need everything to go perfectly to win this. House Of Turbo will hopefully drive him mad in the early and middle stages.
Cain Bale was very impressive here last start but this is a lot harder and there's a ton of early pressure. I can see him getting spat out the back in the early stages.
