RACE 4 (11) INTERVARSITY - Unbeaten mare from leading Scone stable is heading for better races. She's been unextended to win by dominant margins and her prep trial for this was excellent. Expect James McDonald can give her a charmed run from her inside gate.
RACE 5 (1) HELLAVADANCER - Good mare in this class is ready to peak as she is known for finding winning form when third up, having won twice at the same stage in her last two preps. With the advantage of a 3kg claim she drops 2kg off her impressive second up placing over this trip at Randwick when she surged to the line after being held up.
RACE 7: (9) SPRING LEE - Made impressive rise last season, missing a place only once in her first seven starts and ending her autumn campaign with a black type placing in a strong Listed race for fillies at the Scone carnival. Two of her three wins have come when resuming and her recent trial was a strong indicator that she is set to add to that record. Fast pace will suit as she sprints hard when fresh.

RACE 8: (4) ROBUSTO – Excellent first-up win under 59.5kg added to his big Rosehill record. Rates to win again with a 5kg drop in weight.
RACE 9: (6) GRAVINA - Positive improvement over this course and distance last time. Well placed to go one better.
RACE 10: (1) KAYOBI – Had excuses in the Ramornie at Grafton. Step up to 1400m in this class will suit.

ROSEHILL July 23: Easy work for the newly gelded WILLIAMSBURG to lead out and maintain a strong gallop to win his 1000m heat on the course proper for Group horses by more than three lengths (61.54; 34.76).
NEWCASTLE July 18: Unraced youngster PRINCE OF SORTS is a smart runner, backing up his impressive debut trial win at Hawkesbury with a sharp win in the fastest of the four 920m heats (54.18; 34.71). Slipped away from them with ease at the 300m to win untouched by almost five lengths.
HAWKESBURY July 8: Impressive first trial from PRINCE OF SORTS. The Tassort youngster put in excellent work over the last 200m of his 800m heat, running good time (47.97; 33.84) to cruise home by almost four lengths
