The win by a massive 15 lengths in the Gold Cup saw Racheal become the first woman jockey to win the Gold Cup, and it was trainer Henry de Bromhead's second win of the race.

Stablemate Minella Indo  was the distant second finisher with Protektorat third.

Earlier the Triumph Hurdle produced another winner for Willie Mullins and Paul Townend with Vaubon, with the Elliott runners Fil Dor and Pied Piper  following.

The winning combo scored again in the County when State Man won over First Street and Colonel Mustard.

The Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle was a sad end for the favourite Ginto when he suffered a fatal injury near the end of the race.  Another Mullins winner this time with the surprise win of The Nice Guy on 18/1 ahead of stablemate Minella Cocooner with Bardenstown Lap 20/1 third.

The Mares' Chase saw Elimay win for, yes, Willie Mullins and Mark Walsh in the irons this time with Pink Legend 33/1 second and Scarlet And Dove 28/1 third.

The Irish as usual were the dominant force with Willie Mullins's 10 winners the most any trainer has won in a week, and the skill of Racheal Blackmore with her great results was another memorable effort.
