The Hong Kong Apprentice School has produced many fine jockeys – Tony Cruz was one of the first graduates.

Cruz went on to become Champion Jockey and Champion Trainer on multiple occasions.

However today we are looking at the last race, the Beas River Handicap, Class 2 over 1400m.

Favourite here is Navas Two for Richard Gibson and Alex Badel.  David Hayes has scratched Master Montero and will be represented by Lucky With You and Zac Purton on 4.8.  The horse has been working well and we think is value if you can get that price.

There's luck abounding in this field with Lucky Sweynesse coming in on a light weight for Manfred Man and Matthew Poon and they are on 9.3, and Good Luck Friend on 12.0 for Ricky Liu and Keith Leung so somehow you should be lucky in this!
