Where the weather looks mostly sunny with temperature around mid-twenties.

Saturday's card features the G2 Grosser Hansa Preis which has 6 starters over the 2400m trip.  Alter Adler is favourite on 7/4 for Hickst-Murzabayev and in the UK they have installed last year's Arc winner Torquator Tasso.  This is his second run in a prep that is designed to have him defending his Arc title in October so we would not recommend the 7/4.

The Suborics stable is going great guns at present and Andreas will saddle Best of Lips here with Seidle riding and 5/1 is not a bad price.

Sunday's card has 3 Group races starting with the Sparkasse Holstein Cup G3 for f&m with 8 to run.  Dishina will be favourite on 11/4 with Mythicara not far away on 9/4 but we like an interesting runner here in Chic Cherie 10/1 for French-based Japanese trainer Kobayashi and Pierre Bezie on board.

The Meins Mulhens Trophy is G3 for the 3yo fillies over 2200m and again 8 contend.  In the UK market Marcus Klug's Mountaha is odds-on with Frankie Dettori booked for the ride.  Stablemate Well Disposed is on 6/1 with Hollie Doyle riding and two at longer odds that we quite like – Agneta 14/1 and Samara 10/1.

The Derby itself has a field of 20 and is for 3yo colts and fillies.  Favouritism is between Sammarco, Schiegen's Camelot colt with Murzabayev riding and So Moonstruck for Klug with Dettori on board.  We like the chances of Nerika 10/1 with Sybilla Vogt riding for Peter Schiergen and there are several runners on 12/1 including Hollie Doyle's ride Wagnis who is an Adlerflug filly with Marcus Klug.  Querayat and Assistant are two others on that quote with good credentials.
