Winning Trainer: Mark C Webb (no stable representative available for interview)
Winning Jockey: Aaron Lynch
Come back well: "He's trialled up really well this prep, I came back in on his last trial and said I reckon he's going better than he's ever gone and he showed that today. He's won well fresh and he's only going to continue to improve after this."
How the race unfolded: "I sort of just let him relax early, I had the back of Curran and he was taking us into it and then just peeled off and hit the line good."
On the win: "It was a handy field, if he ran third, fourth, fifth we were going to be happy but he's definitely come back in better order this prep."
This preparation: "I'll say the same plan, keep stepping up (in distance) and he'll probably even get out to 2000m this prep so good times ahead."
