"She raced good at the Gold Coast. Today, I think she likes the wet a bit too. I was a bit worried about the 1000 metres.

"Robbie Fradd said the other day over the 1100 metres that the further she went she would have won by further so I reckon she could get 1350 metres at least and that would be right up her alley."

"It worked out perfectly. She jumped and put herself in a good spot. The connections wanted me to be a bit closer (while) the original speed map had me a bit further back.

"She was quite keen in the run and she was quite raw. She's not quite the finished product. They're going to have a bit of fun with her.

"I actually put eh stick away and she had a bit of a look for a few strides there but she was good."
