2022 PREMIER'S CUP – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS

Genuine tempo with several going forward, headed by Splendiferous and Spirit Ridge. STEEL PRINCE (3) heads north off a last-start win in Melbourne where he took over a long way out and kept going to score over 2600m at Flemington. Has a fine record at this trip with four wins and four placings from nine attempts so can go back to back.

FLASH AAH (4) is another with good Victorian form, winning fresh at Bendigo and finishing runner up at his next two in the city. Peaking now and may be looking for this journey. SPLENDIFEROUS (12) didn't quite see out the longer trip last start so this may suit better and she had won her previous two so is worth another chance. SOPRANO SUPREME (15) closed well for second at her Australian debut. Go well. STARDOME (8) beat her home to win last start and continue the consistent form. Respect.
