"I'm tipping a big smile on the Queensland Rogues - Go Queenslander!
"It is wonderful (The Racing League). It is a great concept and its working super. We love what it means to racing.
"I've walked around here among 20,000 people and I reckon 1100 have come up and shook my hand. Go The Big Goodbye. It's wonderful.
"I give Leah a fair bit of credit for that ride. She's got a great affinity with the horse. She loves the horse to death.
"I said to her today 'don't give it in'. They want to get you, attack them because the one thing The Big Goodbye has is a big hear and we also know he's got a good level of ability too.
"I think that is 19 runs and been in the money 17 times. He's been a wonderful acquisition to The Queensland Rogues. Great concept, well done Leah Kilner. Very happy."
Winning Jockey: Leah Kilner
"He's definitely up there (as a favourite). We've got a great association together. I've won three races on him now and he tried 110 per-cent.
"If you look at him he's not very big but he's all heart.
"I really wanted to take the sit but I wanted to make Jimmy Byrne (Orbisyn) work, and then that horse wanted to roll forward. It's got its issues and it like to roll.
"I thought they've got to work for it and I'm happy to take the sit. He traveled beautiful and at the top of the straight I said 'see you later guys, I've got this'.
"The sting is definitely out of the track and it is chopping up quite a bit. But I had no concerns at all on this horse. He's won on every track you can think of from Eagle Farm to a Heavy 10.
"He loves the sting out of it and credit to the horse. He's so tough."
