RACE 1 - 10:58AM Magic Millions Racing Rewards SA Two-Year-Old Plate (1200 METRES)

KLABEL was a $120k yearling in the Richard and Chantelle Jolly stable who looked good winning a recent trial here by 8.5 lengths. Test The Law was a good winner here two starts back and maps well from a middle barrier. Prance 'N' Dance is going well and closed late behind The Guava last week. She maps to get a nice run just behind the speed. ATTRITION is a $180k yearling on debut for Mitch Freedman who finished 2nd in a Tatura trial. LORD BENTLEY has trialled OK.

RACE 2 - 11:32AM Kimbolton Wines Handicap (1000 METRES)

Alleboom was good second-up from a spell when 3rd behind Calypso Reign, he gets some weight relief with the claim and should take beating here. Litchfield County is first-up for the Clarken stable and was scratched from last week in preference for this. He didn't come up last time in but had very good form around the likes of Beau Rossa previously and should go well. Shamino has two wins from three starts this track and trip and his sectionals late were good behind Ashford Street at Sandown last time. Great Leveller has been in the money at all four first-up runs. Aadelad is a winner fresh.

RACE 3 - 12:07PM Gipsie Jack Wines Handicap (1800 METRES)

SCOTTISH DANCER was very impressive winning here last June over a mile and then won at Caulfield. His recent efforts are sound, and he should well at each-way odds. BEA TEMPTED is another Victoria who is a winner this track and trip and she comes off a good effort closing late behind Grande Rumore at Flemington. PLATFORM is bursting to win a race and was only grabbed late behind Mr Pickwick at Morphettville last week. PRINCE OF HELENA has a good record and was a $1.70 fav when he won at Albury last time. He gets the claim and an inside barrier. ICHIBANSAN is back in trip and was a good winner two starts back. LAKE'S FOLLY is always around the mark and HIGHLAND JAKK can measure-up here.

RACE 4 - 12:42PM Beyond Ink Handicap (1400 METRES)

SO SAY ANGEL is knocking on the door. She was very good behind Agrimony two starts back and then chased home Lumber Punk here last time. She gets some weight relief and deserves to break through. HEADPHONES ran well when 2nd behind Big Sue here last time. She's lightly-raced and trained on track. AROUND THE HORN was a winner here on debut back in September 2020 and then was more than a year between runs. He last races on the Parks in December last year and the placement here by the McEvoy stable must be respected. SHORT STORIES has been placed at two of his past three, but this is a step up on his latest at Mt Gambier. TAKE ME NORTH is a former Victorian on debut for the Alexander stable and gets the blinkers on from a good barrier. CANIDAE is around the mark and has placed at five of 14 starts here.

RACE 5 - 1:17PM Festival Hire Handicap (1400 METRES)

YURI ROYALE has the scalp of Harleymoven at Morphettville in February and was right in the market when down the track behind Morty before a break. He's a winner fresh, has good record overall and can win here. PIVOTAL FORCE was well backed to win at Strathalbyn last time out. He draws out but should run well. SOWETO HAZE was a Swan Hill winner two starts back before racing on speed when 4th behind Dothraki at Donald. HASSLEFREE has been racing well and draws a nice gate.

SELECTIONS: 1 YURI ROYALE, 8 Pivotal Force, 3 Soweto Haze, 2 Hasslefree

PLAY: Happy to watch on.

RACE 6 - 1:57PM TAB Racing Rewards SA Three-Year-Old Plate (1200 METRES)

KARACASU is a very nice horse who was far too good for rivals here two starts back before he knuckled down late behind Passive Aggressive in a strong Creswick Stakes last time. He's well weighted, perfectly drawn and should be winning here. QUEMAN is a nice horse who has been racing well. LEGLESS LADY is a filly with upside. Stablemate JAAZEB and KNIGHTSTOWN can both run into the multiples. MAGIC MORRISS finished off well on debut.

SELECTIONS: 1 KARACASU, 4 Queman, 6 Legless Lady, 2 Knightstown

PLAY: Very keen on KARACASU.

RACE 7 - 2:37PM Northpoint Murraylands Handicap (1200 METRES)

ZOULAH maps to get a gun run here and was very good first-up from a spell when she made good ground behind Star Hills. Her second-up record is sound, and she should be fighting out the finish. PIMM'S PARTY is another who is knocking on the door. She made good ground behind Agrimony two starts back and then again solid behind Montign. JAAMINT has been in great form and was a winner here three starts back. Her latest behind Aiguilette was OK and she doesn't run too many bad races. UPPER EAST SIDE has been around the mark and was backed to jump favourite at Bendigo last time. ANGASTON has a good record here but draws awkwardly. OH MO ran OK first-up from a spell and his best is good enough to figure. FALLOW is racing well and PERFECT COMMAND is capable despite a wide barrier.

PLAY: Backing ZOULAH each-way.

RACE 8 - 3:12PM Dutton's Easy to do business with!! Handicap (2500 METRES)

Wide open race and like PERFECT ILLUSION stepping up in distance here. His form in SA has been solid he was strong late behind Aussie Sojourn last time and he should go close. AZZUREOUS was sent out favourite last time when run down by Smiling Assassin who has won again since. He meets the winner 4.5kg better at the weights and has a good record here. SMILING ASSASSIN has been good winning his past couple. He gets right up in the weights here but must be respected. Likewise LORD BOUZERON has been racing well and draws a good barrier here. ZOFFALA comes off a good Swan Hill run behind Retrospection and looks ready to improve in a race like this. BEAR ARMS is craving a heavy track and must be respected.

PLAY: I think PERFECT ILLUSION is ready to win and solid each-way value.

RACE 9 - 3:52PM Carlton Draught Handicap (1600 METRES)

SET TO PROPHET has won two of his past four, the latest a soft 1.75 length winner at Donald. He draws a middle gate and looks well placed. BIG SUE has won three of eight and was too good for Headphones here last time. He draws out but should be in the finish. UNLACED comes off a Parks win beating Nicajon and is a winner here. She gets a good barrier and the claim and should give this a shake. BLOOD SWEAT TEARS was a good Morphettville winner two starts back and was then OK behind Jaguary. KAZOOM is a veteran who has won three of his past four but needs to improve on last time at Swan Hill.

RACE 10 - 4:30PM Lake Breeze Wines Handicap (1000 METRES)

Tough end to the day. GLOVED had good backing and was speed when 6th behind Sigh at Morphettville last week. He was good winning here three starts back and draws a nice barrier. OAKFIELD GERONIMO has been very good his past two behind Star Hills and My Ruby and draws an inside barrier. MR HAVE A CHAT was good on speed leading throughout to beat Madam Furphy here last start. Stablemate DAUNTING MAGIC ran well finishing 4th in the same race and was a Geelong winner two starts back. I liked MAGIC PHANTOM midweek before he was scratched. His record in the wet is good but he's unplaced in six starts here. JIMMY'S EDGE was good winning at Oakbank maiden last March and has trialled nicely for his return. SHE'S ESTELLE has won two and placed two of her eight starts. She resumes and must be respected despite a wide gate. HONEY GO LIGHTLY finished off well behind Calypso Reign here last time and should run well. SITTING BULL was good winning back in class and has a good record here on his home track. KISHSTAR has a good record here but needs to improve.
