RACE 1 - 11:32AM Kingsford Hotel Handicap (1100 METRES)

FIELD THE MOMENT made good ground on debut behind The Guava which is good form for this. Stablemate ZABELLA has jumped out nicely and makes her debut for the Stokes stable. NISHIKADO has been to the trials four times winning his past couple at Murray Bridge, likewise CHOCOCO has been to the trials three times, running 2nd in the latest behind Klabel who won at Murray Bridge last weekend. CELTIC VADER maps to get a nice run here and was a Morphettville winner back in December. The Mysogynist finished 4th in a Morphettville trial behind smart filly See You In Heaven back in February and gets blinkers for his debut. Ghetto Superstar had specking at big odds at Geelong on debut.

RACE 2 - 12:07PM TAB Maiden Plate (1200 METRES)

EXOPIPI was an eye catcher at Mildura on debut before making late ground behind Tupoleu here last time. He draws out but should be in the mix here. MILLA’S READY was beaten as favourite on debut for the Clarken stable at Strathalbyn before chasing home The Weight at Balaklava last start. She draws out as well. Be Above made ground on debut and stablemate WILLASTON ran well here behind Tupoleu last time. LUCKY BLUE has also finished off well at odds at his past couple. STAY AT HOME is first-up for the Alexander stable.

RACE 3 - 12:42PM Matrix Solar Solutions Handicap (2100 METRES)

AUSSIE SOJOURN is going super and was too good for Ammo Loco and Perfect Illusion last start. She has a solid overall record, gets in here very well after the claim and should take plenty of beating. PERFECT ILLUSION looked to have his chance when he shot to the lead but peaked on his run at Murray Bridge running 3rd behind Zoffala. RAPID RAISER was good behind Mr Pickwick last time out, he's never won beyond a mile but ticks a few boxes like this and has a great record here. AMMO LOCO was good behind Aussie Sojourn last time and has a good record here. TRUMPSTA made good ground last start and gets out in trip for the first tune.

RACE 4 - 1:17PM Adelaide Plains Bloodstock Handicap (1700 METRES)

EN FRANCAIS finally draws a barrier here and has been solid in two runs back from a spell. She was impressive here on debut and gets her chance to find winning form. SEA OF SECRETS was good winning back in class last time. SILENT DON was specked at odds but struggled to keep up behind Mr Pickwick last time. He's an improver and over the odds. FOX D’OR should be thereabouts here from the middle gate. MOSS THE BOSS was specked at odds here behind Ready Fora Moet last time.

RACE 5 - 1:57PM Coopers Brewery Handicap (1500 METRES)

CASHIN’ CHEX was given every hope behind Mr Pickwick last time. His form this time in has been good and he'll be fighting out the finish from a good barrier. The Hardacre pair of ROBE BAY and KYSHAKA both resume. ROBE BAY hasn't raced since she was 2nd in the Clare Cup and is two from four first-up. KYSHAKA was placed in the Terang Cup at the end of last preparation which is very good form for a race like this. GETOUTTHEWAY also races well here and was good behind Set To Prophet at Murray Bridge last week. TUBBY TWO TRACKS  loves it here with three wins from five starts, TONGSAI BOSS must be respected and JAAMINT has been in great form.

RACE 6 - 2:37PM Trimboli Services Handicap (1100 METRES)

Hardest race of the day. ZION has been jumping out nicely for his debut for the Clarken stable. He has some solid Victorian form and draws out for his local debut. THREE TEARS has been in good form and chased home Cashin' Chex before running 2nd to Lumber Punk at Murray Bridge last time. She draws out but should go well. MAGIC PHANTOM has a good record on wet track and is a dual winner here. He's been scratched a couple of times recently and draws a nice barrier. WOTUWANT was very impressive at Murray Bridge last week winning by more than 5 lengths and is on the quick back-up. HELLO LADIES was well backed behind Lumber Punk at Murray Bridge last time. JABALI RIDGE was good beating ASTON RAPOVA at Morphettville last time who gets a nice pull in the weights.

RACE 7 - 3:17PM GC & J Constructions Handicap (1500 METRES)

SMILING FROM ABOVE was impressive getting through heavy conditions well to win here last start, She's a filly who has upside and can go close from a good barrier. ALPINE FLYER was a winner here back in November and landed some good bets to win at Murray Bridge last time. SADLER’S SONG was specked at big odds and made good ground behind stablemate Legless Lady at Murray Bridge last week. STARSONGARI was unlucky at Morphettville on the Parks two starts back before battling at Bendigo. She looks better suited here. PRINCE JOFRA has been specked since betting opened, he comes out of the Legless Lady race. RISING LEGEND has been racing well and MINGORA is now with Michael Hickmott and was a dual Warrnambool winner back in January.

RACE 8 - 3:52PM Cornerstone Stud Handicap (1200 METRES)

MIDNIGHT STORM looks ready to win he shot to the lead but was grabbed late behind Sacred Palace in a strong Morphettville race last time. He has carried plenty of weight to win before and was a winner at his only start here last December. EXTRA MILE is another who looks ready to run a big race. He's won three of six here loves the wet tracks and was an eye catcher behind Sacred Palace at Morphettville last start. AIGUILETTE has been going super and beat Tongsai Boss at Murray Bridge two starts back before pulling good ground off Sacred Palace at Morphettville last time. He draws perfectly. RIVER TWAIN races well fresh and was a Morphettville winner beating Terbium in February. DIAMONDS was good winning down the Flemington straight two starts back then only beaten 2.2 lengths behind Nasraawy there last time. She will give this a shake and loves the sting out of the ground. SACRED ARMOUR is a hard one to line up he won his only start and has been around the mark, he draws to get a good run. SESAR has trialled nicely for his return and has won two of four on a heavy track.

RACE 9 - 4:28PM Holdfast Insurance Brokers Handicap (1200 METRES)

This is the weakest race SO YOU CAN has seen in a long time and his past couple have been OK behind Agrimony and Montign. He shapes the one to improve, gets a claim and I'm happy to back him at the price. CHICAGO STORM looks a nice type who bolted in first-up from a spell at Balaklava in maiden grade before beating all but Legless Lady at Morphettville. That form has been franked and he looks the horse to beat here. FOX GEM should have won on debut before winning at Morphettville in January. He draws a nice barrier and must be respected here first-up. CROWNED MONARCH was heavily backed to run favourite behind Point Blaze at Morphettville before a break and draws a nice barrier. KONG has been thereabouts his past couple running 2nd behind Classy Kenny last time and draws out which might be the place to be late.
