Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Belmont Park, Sunshine Coast and Mt Gambier.

BELMONT PARK: RACE 3 @ 1:10 PM

VAMPI AT PLAY (10) has finished runner up in all three career starts and all of those placings have been in much tougher company. This race looks to be hers for the taking. COMMANDING OFFICER (2) did not help himself with a slow start at Belmont most recently and still has a lot to learn. The ability is there and with further improvement, he is a strong place chance in this. MAGNABURMA (1) was a beaten favourite in a nice race on debut before being put aside to mature. He looked forward when having a recent quiet trial and should give a good account of himself. Each-way. SENTIMENTAL BELLE (16) has good trial form and is in a very astute stable. She is primed for a big effort. Goes close.
SELECTIONS: Vampi At Play win bet.

SUNSHINE COAST POLY: RACE 5 @ 2:18 PM

ENTERPRISE MIA (3) resumed at Doomben placing close-up in the CL3 before going back and belting a CL1 field by 2.3L heavily-bet. She has the small claim and fitter can go right on with it. DERANI (2) quickly found form just missing the placings in a Doomben 65 and he has more to give. A chance drawn low and with a key gear change. GAUNTLET (5) rates well and continues to threaten. He should enjoy the run of the race and is also a player. GENTLE PRINCE (7) spiked his figures winning here this grade on the grass. Runs along and gets in light with the 3kg claim. A chance to repeat.
SELECTIONS: Backing Enterprise Mia.

MT GAMBIER: RACE 4 @ 2:30 PM

BAD BOY BOBBY (7) wins this at best and is ready to show it building on the two outings on the Ballarat synthetic. Gets the blinkers again and his middle distance figures read well for this contest. FIVEOHWON (11) has had plenty of tries but has threatened here the last two mixing trips. This isn't strong and she gets another chance. CLUB QUEEN (10) peaks off three solid efforts at the provincials. Needs a good ride but can make the finish. SPOKE TO RAJIV (4) is also fourth-up and was only beaten 2.3L at Donald the latest. The gate is awkward but the 2kg claim assist and the step-up in distance is likely to suit.
SELECTIONS: Backing Bad Boy Bobby.
