Coming off a last start fifth the Barend Vorster guided Black Sail led all the way.

Coming off a last start second Jaazeb was an impressive winner of the 1100 metre second race.

Having the services of Lachlan Neindorf the Gordon Richards and Damien Moyle prepared Jaazeb came from a midfield position with a strong run over the concluding stages.

The Map opened his winning account in a tight finish in the 1600 metre fourth race.

Having the services of apprentice Ben Price the Daniel Clarken and Oopy MacGillivray trained The Map came from a midfield position to win.

Trainer Ryan Balfour continued his good run when Canford took out the Group 3 Lord Reims which was run over 2600 metres.

Being under the care of Shayne Cahill Morty came from a worse than midfield position o snatch victory in the last stride.

Hoop Campbell Rawiller brought up his second winner for the afternoon when Heyington Station took out the1050 metre final event.

Coming into the Will Clarken stable as a tried horse Heyington Station came from a better than midfied position to bring up his fourth  win from nineteen starts.
