Winning Trainer: Chris Waller (Stable Representative Brett Killion interviewed)

Thoughts on Seleque/The win: “She's on the way up and she's really thrived in between runs as shown today. I guess the plan was to come out wide but it didn't eventuate. We still ended up five off. I think James’ strength just got her home that last hundred.”

Potential race options moving forward: “I’m sure there are plenty of options for her.”

Winning Jockey: James Orman

Thoughts on the win: “We got a little bit further back than what I would've liked, but we got back the other day and sprinted fast and her win the other day was good. I was confident coming here today. I had to go along the inside which probably wasn't great either, but I think as the day goes on they're going to get wider and wider.”

Thoughts on the track: “I wasn't really happy where I was but I had a walk and it looked pretty good and even, but it can sort of favour the outer runners a little bit. To this one's credit, it kicked on really well from the inside.”

On his association/strike rate with Chris Waller: “It's been good. He's the number one trainer for a reason. So it's got to steer him, give him a good broad, and they’re usually hard to beat.”
