“She’s very good, she’s very reliable. Sydney didn’t work for her. She’s quite a quirky mare and the travel and the different environment didn’t suit her so we brought her straight hom and got her back into her normal routine.”
Kah goes well in this horse: “She’s won every time on her, nearly. The mare loves her and we’ve just got to try and her to stay on her for the next race in Adelaide.
Future: “The plan was always to go to the Sangster. Being a three-year-old filly she’ll come down in weight but she’s probably going to have to lift off today. It’ll be a very good race.
“She’s won over 1200 metres at Moonee Valley. If we were to get some wet weather then it’ll help. I think the fact that she’s reliable and it’ll be a case of how she takes the trip (over).”

“She’s a big team effort, this filly. She’s not a one person job. I’ve got to thank Snowy in the gates, he knows her down pat now. That was the issue with her in Sydney, she just got upset and fractious in the barriers so it was well done to the team here. They just keep her happy and I just love her. I’ve got a good thing going with her and she’s a tough filly.
“As she’s getting older she doesn’t have as much speed anymore out of the gates. She jumps well but then she wants to relax. She’s settling now and doing everything right and it's good to see her do that.”
