“I think she likes Flemington. Those downhill tracks and around corners, she’s always getting home. She won here as a two-year-old but she’s always run good races here. Apart from one day when she pulled up a little bit sore then we put her out and she had a good spell.

On the tactics: “That’s just how she runs. There’s no point changing anything. Just needs a bit of luck in running and she was given a gun ride from the barrier. She didn’t cover ground, she didn’t wander out, just beautiful.”
