On the performance: “She’s going really well, the team have done a great job with her at home. We came here pretty confident , she worked with the horse I’ve got in the next race (Good Idea) on Tuesday and went pretty good so we had a good feeling coming into this.

Really happy for Jack (?), he’ll be cheering at home and is a good supporter of the stable.

The ride: “Daniel gave her a peach of a ride, he’s watched the replays and knew when to get off the rail and gave her every chance.

Future plans: “We did that last time (step up in distance) to 2500 but she led that day and it didn’t suit. I think she’ll get further and obviously I’ll be trying to get some black type at some stage. Maybe over the Adelaide carnival  - she can stay, there’s a 2000 metre mares race in Adelaide in May which might suit but it’s just good to win a race at Flemington.

Winning Jockey: Daniel Moor

Best part of the win: “Just the ease of it really, we ended up in a beautiful spot, it was a bit of an uncomfortable tempo early and I had to give Jye (McNeil) a little call to move on and build the tempo but then she got into a great rhythm. I identified this morning that she needs to be away from the other runners, last time she was cluttered up and didn’t get a chance to build, today proved effective and really, it was never in doubt.

On a successful 2021: “I copped a couple of weeks suspension so had a bit of reflection there and was able to spend a bit of time with the family and kids which was good.
