How the race panned out: “We were blessed that we’d done no work. I didn’t like the way he jumped that quick because we wanted to ride him three deep with cover if it presented on the back of Seradess or Mynumerouno and it didn’t eventuate like that, I had to drag back and in an 1100m race you don’t look to do that.”
