Today’s Horse Racing Tips – October 11

3 minute read

Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on October 11.

Four TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Wyong, Mornington, Rockhampton and York.

Wyong: Race 7 @ 4:45pm

Cervinia and Neruda work forward. Suspect WATCHDOG put the writing on the wall for this first up when a narrowly beaten second at Kembla Grange last start. Led and was just collared late. Will be fitter for the outing and is expected to go one better. NERUDA broke his maiden at Newcastle two back. Has placed in both prior starts on his home track. BIG LEGGED WOMAN worth throwing into the multiples. SELECTIONS: Straight out #1 Watchdog from #4 and #10.

Mornington: Race 4 @ 3:00pm

Shotgun Rosie and Levitical look the lead pair. MUTUAL RESPECT resumes in easier grade. Maiden win on debut was dominant. Raced in mid-week grade for three runs subsequent and didn't disgrace. Drawn soft and despite the weight this appears a suitable assignment. NO DREAMS ALL HOPE has been hard to fault this time in. Snuck up to Dubbo last start and arguably should've won after getting too far back. Form in this region prior measures-up and Noel Callow is back aboard. SHE'S A PLUCK best of the remainder. Fitness gave out first-up and should give a sight again.SELECTIONS: #2 Love Club looks suited. Backing straight out from #5 and #3.

Rockhampton: Race 5 @ 5:05pm

Bold Centurion should work across from the deep. ONEMORE EMOTION was beaten a narrow margin in a stronger race here last start. Appreciates the sting out of the ground and Wiggins sticking aboard is a positive lead. MADRA RUA came with a sweeping burst to get the cash here last start. Given time to recover and just has to reproduce that effort to figure. SOUTHERN SPECIAL for the exotics. Dominant maiden winner last start. SELECTIONS: Onemore Emotion gets the nod.
