ARLO'S WAY is hard to go past. Remains stuck on the one win but recent form has been encouraging. Third in a better race at Scone ten days ago. Home track advantage and with luck from the alley can play a major role. WE CAN'T BE BEATEN is a consistent type. Not beaten far at Bathurst last start. This is his bread and butter and expect him to be fighting out the finish. MAKING SHADOWS is steeply up in trip fourth-up. Next in line. SELECTIONS: #1 Arlo’s Way is a solid bet each-way from #3 and #2.
VOLTAIC is racing in fine form winning two of her past four outings including her latest at this track and trip. Does her best work at this course and looks to have found another suitable assignment. Hard to beat. UNCHARTERED is also racing well with placings at her past two outings. Ran on well for third at this track and trip last time. Could take some holding out. MAROON CREEK may have found it too far last start. Won over 1200m before that so could bounce back dropping in trip. SELECTIONS: #3 Voltaic to go back to back from #7 and #6.
Queanbeyan: Race 7 @ 5.45pm
EUROSAY can go on. Reeled them in stylishly to win at Canberra last start. Drawn better and he should land in the lovely stalking position. Added distance no issues. Hard to beat. HARD CORE put away an ordinary bunch here last meeting. Steeply up in trip but draws inside and should be given every opportunity. NEPTUNE shed his maiden at this course over 1200m last start. Keep safe. SELECTIONS: #2 Eurosay for the win from #3 and #6.
